Agency Fees
Our Agency Fees are included in all our advertised Sales Price. In compliance with the Loi Macron-Duflau January 2017, our fees are stated below.
Agency Fees from 1 July 2017
Agency fees are usually paid by the seller unless otherwise indicated

All prices include TVA at 20%
Agency Fees up to 30 June 2017
Selling price > 1.000.000 : 5% commission
Selling price < 1.000.000 : 6% commission
